Fun with Fruits
For this shoot I was approached again by my colleague Christian (@csphotography572). He wanted to do something for summer, and got inspired by fruits. While my vision this time went into a completely different direction than his, it was still a great opportunity to combine our resources and work together. I provided my studio again for the shoot, and Christian hired model Sofia (@_pino.sofia_).
Since Christian joined us a little later, I started the photoshoot with what I had had in mind for it: strong colours and contrasts in front of a black backdrop.
In the beginning Sofia and I both struggled a little with ideas on how to pose with fruits. What better to do, than to just eat them?
We had a lot of fun, and this can be seen in the photos.
Christian’s vision was more light and airy. We changed to the white backdrop, and Sofia too changed into a white shirt.
If I am honest, I prefer the photos with the higher contrast in black. But there are some here that I still enjoy. From threatening glance to dentist commercial, we tried everything that can work with fruits in hand.
As a little add on, I brought out my guitar in the end and we took a few shots with it too.
I found the idea really interesting. Especially because it’s so different from what I usually do. I had a lot of fun during the shoot, and I think so did the rest of the team. It is always great to be able to work with people who can be fun and professional at the same time. Would shoot with them again anytime!
